Volunteer Campaign - This campaign will continue through Sunday, May 11th.  We need everyone to please take a look at the different roles that need to be filled at the main entrance of the church and sign up.  Remember, without volunteers Funday School would not exist.

Last day of Funday School - The last day of Funday School is Sunday, May 11th.    We are having a PRAISE PARTY!  It is from 9:45 am to 10:40 am.  There will be four rooms to visit; craft room, game room, Praise Party room, and snack room.  Parents are required to attend with their child/children as the teachers and shepherds will be volunteering in the different rooms.  Please visit all of the rooms at your leisure.  You may leave when all the rooms have been visited.

 

Volunteer Appreciation Dinner - If you have volunteered in any way with Funday School please join us on Friday, May 16th at 6 pm for dinner, a motivational DVD - Embrace Grace by Liz Curtis Higgs, and door prizes.  Please RSVP.  Call Mary at 722-7878 or flesnerm@rushmore.com by Sunday, May 11th.

 

THANK YOU! - I would like to thank everyone who supported me during my first year as the superintendent.  To the Education Committee:  thank you for listening to my ideas and giving me feedback.  To the teachers, shepherds, music leaders and workshop leaders:  thank you for being so dedicated to the children of OSLC and providing a quality spiritual learning environment.  To the students:  thank you for coming to the Funday School ready to sing and learn the best you could.  I am looking forward to another school year of singing, learning, and fun!  God bless you all and keep you safe this summer.  See you in September!
